DESCRIPTION:This FREE program is intended for individuals age 50+ with a diagnosis of\nhypertension. The program will cover a variety of topics\, including: the basics of hypertension control\, nutrition\, physical activity\, tobacco use\,\nstress management\, medication management and long-term planning. \nThe program will be held on Wednesdays from noon to 2 p.m. from Oct. 16 to Dec. 11 (excluding Nov. 27) in the Community Room at 2 Anderson Way\, North Dartmouth\, MA 02747. \nTo sign up\, call Coastline at 508-999-6400.
