DESCRIPTION:Join us for our FREE Matter of Balance Workshops this November and December. These workshops will teach you strength and balancing exercises to help reduce falls. In addition\, you will: \n\nDevelop personal strategies for fall prevention\nMeet others who are dealing with similar concerns\nMake changes in your daily life to help prevent falls\n\nThe workshops will be held on Tuesdays from November 12th to December 17th from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Buttonwood Senior Center\, which is located on 1 Oneida St.\, New Bedford\, MA 02740. \nTo sign up\, call Coastline at 508-999-6400.
