Learn more about becoming a Coastline provider

Elder Care Network Southeast (ECNS) member agencies are seeking proposals for the provision of non-homemaker provider services*. For a complete list of the services, Request for Proposal information and contract requirements and details, visit individual agency websites. Contracts will be awarded based upon individual Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) agency needs.

ECNS is comprised of the following agencies designated as ASAPs by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affair (EOEA): Bristol Elder Services, Inc., bristolelder.org; Coastline Elderly Services, Inc., coastlinenb.org; Elder Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, Inc., escci.org; HESSCO Elder Services, Inc., hessco.org; Old Colony Elder Services, Inc., ocesma.org and South Shore Elder Services, Inc., sselder.org.

All ECNS members are AA/EEO. Women, minority-owned and small businesses are encouraged to apply.

We will begin accepting completed RFPs on March 1, 2024. The deadline for submitting applications is 5:00 p.m., April 30, 2024.

Homemaker and Personal Care Providers should register and complete the NOI application found on the 800ageinfo.com website by clicking here. 

Once the NOI application has been approved by EOEA, you may complete and remit the ASAP application forms for review. An approved NOI application does not guarantee an ASAP contract award.

To apply to be a Coastline provider, please submit all the required application forms as a zipped folder to Paula Roderiques at paular@coastlinenb.org. (Click here for instructions on how to Zip and Unzip a file.)

To apply to another ASAP, contact that ASAP directly.

This Request For Proposal does not commit Coastline to award a contract or to pay for costs associated with the preparation of this proposal. Each ASAP negotiates its own rates and reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.

Successful proposals will result in an award letter with the contract effective date. Each ASAP will make an individual determination to award up to a maximum of a three-year contract.
