Learn more about becoming a Coastline provider

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Coastline provider. At this time, Coastline is not procuring new contracts, but we will update this space in spring 2021 for Requests for Proposals.

In the interim, we encourage you to review the documents below, which include our application process as well as helpful resources. If you have questions about becoming a Coastline provider, please reach out to Paula Amaral at

Application Resources

To review all of program requirements and regulations, please visit the Document Library on by clicking here.

Homemaker and Personal Care Providers should register and complete the NOI application found on the website by clicking here.

Once the NOI application has been approved by EOEA, you may complete and remit the ASAP application forms for review. An approved NOI application does not guarantee an ASAP contract award.

To apply to be a Coastline provider, please submit all the required application forms as a zipped folder to Paula Amaral at (Click here for instructions on how to Zip and Unzip a file.)

To apply to another ASAP, contact that ASAP directly.

This Request For Proposal does not commit Coastline to award a contract or to pay for costs associated with the preparation of this proposal. Each ASAP negotiates its own rates and reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.

Successful proposals will result in an award letter with the contract effective date. Each ASAP will make an individual determination to award up to a maximum of a three-year contract. Women, minority-owned, and small businesses are encouraged to apply. Coastline is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.

Coastline does not deny delivery of service
to any person on the basis of age, color, religion, gender,
national origin, ancestry, physical/mental handicaps,
and sexual preference, who otherwise meets the eligibility criteria
for the respective programs.
