CONGREGATE HOUSING PROGRAM

At Grinnell Mansion in New Bedford, you can enjoy the privacy of your own apartment but benefit from a congregate housing setting that encourages a social, interactive lifestyle.

Grinnell Mansion is a residential community of one-bedroom apartments for low income adults and individuals with disabilities who would like to live in a social, supportive setting providing for personal fulfillment.  Congregate housing provides a shared living environment which combines housing, in-home services and a mutually supportive social environment.

It is neither a nursing home nor a medical facility and does not offer twenty-four-hour care and supervision. The goal of Grinnell Mansion Congregate program is to increase self-sufficiency through the provision of supportive services in a residential setting.

Supportive services provided by Coastline for eligible residents.
