Coastline is conducting our Homecare Survey with consumers in the coming days and will once again be partnering with technology company Blooming Health to help make the survey process smooth and easy. Here’s what consumers can expect.

You may receive a phone call with a welcome message about the upcoming survey. If you do, this will be followed by a phone call approximately two days later with the survey itself. All calls and texts will come from Coastline’s main phone number, 508-999-6400.
