Coastline is once again conducting our annual Homecare Survey, and we want to let you know what to expect. This year, we’re partnering with Blooming Health again, a technology company we began working with in 2024, to make the survey process smooth and easy.
On Tuesday, Oct. 14 you may receive a phone call with a welcome message about the upcoming survey. If you do, this will be followed by a phone call on Thursday, Oct. 16 with the survey itself.
All calls and texts will come from Coastline’s main phone number, 508-999-6400.
We hope you’ll take a few moments to share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us understand the changing needs of older and disabled adults and ensures we continue providing the services that support independent living.
