The COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately impacted the people Coastline serves. Older adults and adults with disabilities are especially at risk for COVID-19 and have been consistently urged to stay at home since March. This has created numerous barriers to food access, the ability to seek medical care, and opportunities to socialize and stay active.
You have helped us meet the increased demand for our services this year. With your support, we were able to deliver more meals than ever, connect with our consumers remotely, and purchase technology, like tablets, to enable our consumers to try out an online class or engage with others from the safety of their homes.
When you donate to Coastline, you help older and disabled adults in the Greater New Bedford area stay safe during this pandemic. As we head into the winter, your support is more important than ever. Here’s how you can help.
