Coastline is currently accepting resumes for a Full-time Quality & Education Assistant in the Quality & Education Department. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Quality & Education. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures while maximizing productivity and supporting the Quality/Education Department management team.

The Quality & Education Assistant works with a diverse group of external stakeholders and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the agency; and is responsible to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated enthusiastic individual who has the skill set to manage time effectively as well as the ability to successfully multitask and prioritize.

Qualifications

  • Supports the Director of Quality/Education and the Quality & Compliance Manager on an ongoing basis with day-to-day departmental operations including but not limited to: scheduling various meetings and training events, documentation preparation and maintenance, recording meeting minutes, technical support i.e. Zoom meetings, reports and records maintenance.

  • Develops and creates visual presentations, program flyers, and education materials.

  • Generates and maintains reports for compliance and audit including: reviewing and scanning Receipt Choice Forms; running Monthly Explorer reports to assist with Waiver Quality Measure results; ongoing staff HIPAA training compliance; running reports for I&R withdrawals; completing monthly Random Moment Time Studies; and others as requested.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Power Point, Excel and other software with a strong desire to learn additional necessary applications.

  • Ability to handle complex responsibilities such as conduct research, maintain records and prepare reports.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work thru various levels of detail while communicating effectively.

  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma/equivalent with at least three (3) years demonstrated administrative office support experience.
