Back in March, as the scale of the COVID-19 crisis was taking shape, it became apparent that delivering Senior Scope would be a challenge. Many of the locations where the paper is usually distributed closed or limited hours, making it harder for us to reach our readers. With the governor’s phased reopening plan now in effect, we decided now was the right time to return.
This issue covers the past two months, including a wide-ranging cover story that looks at the crisis from the very beginning through the end of May. The pandemic is a big, complicated story, and we will continue to report on the crisis in the months ahead. In the meantime, be well, and stay safe.
