Coastline was proud to co-host, with the Bristol County District Attorney’s office, more than 700 older adults at this year’s Celebration of Seniors. The event was held Friday at White’s of Westport. The annual event brings together community members, service providers, and local leaders for a morning of connection, resources, and celebration.
This year’s focus included important conversations around protecting yourself from scams, especially those targeting older adults. With presentations by the Massachusetts Senior Medicare Patrol Program and the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, attendees left with practical tools and reminders about staying vigilant and informed. The day also featured a statewide look at aging services from Robin Lipson, Massachusetts Secretary of Aging & Independence.
From a full breakfast and local vendors to expert speakers and meaningful moments with friends and neighbors, the day was a reminder of the strength and resilience of our older adult community.
We invite you to take a look back at the highlights in this short video recap of the day.
