Answering Common Questions About the COVID Vaccines

The New Bedford Health Department recently hosted a public meeting to address some of the common questions about the COVID-19 vaccines. The event was broadcast live by New Bedford Guide.

New Bedford has a lower vaccination rate than surrounding communities, and local health experts hope to reverse that trend by providing up-to-date information about the efficacy and safety of the three vaccines currently authorized for emergency use in America.

A partial transcript of the event, published with permission from New Bedford Guide, appears in the latest edition of Senior Scope. To view the remarks in their entirety, visit New Bedford Guide’s Facebook page by clicking here.
